On key dates (which can be found here), you are advised to pre-book a ticket (free to members) to guarantee entry.

At all times, you must show your membership card on arrival to gain free entry.

Pre-booking

To visit Westonbirt on key dates, visitors, including members of the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum are advised to pre-book a time slot in order to guarantee entry. Time slots go on sale 7 days in advance. As a member, you can book a free time slot using your membership number into the 'membership number' field when booking a time slot or by phoning Forestry England's Customer Relations Team on 0300 068 0400 between Monday-Friday, 0900 – 1700.

You will be required to show both your time slot booking confirmation AND your valid membership card or a purchase confirmation email to guarantee free entry into the arboretum on key dates. Your membership number/order number will be printed on the time slot booking confirmation and will be cross-checked upon arrival.
