The Chilli Club: A Family Affair
The story of Chilli Club begins in the heart of a family passion. Mike, the son of one of our own dedicated Supporter Services team members, and his friend Kyle, shared a lifelong love for barbecuing. Together, they embarked on a culinary adventure that would soon ignite local taste buds.
What started as backyard experiments with different chilli peppers and seasonings evolved into a flavorful obsession. Their creations, born from countless hours of trial and error, were more than just condiments; they were expressions of their shared love for good food and a touch of heat.
A wedding celebration provided the perfect opportunity to introduce their sauces to a wider audience. As the groom and best man, Mike and Kyle bottled up a variety of their fiery concoctions for guests to sample and enjoy. The response was overwhelming, and they realised they had something truly special on their hands.
With newfound determination, they set out to perfect their recipes, establish a brand, and share their passion with the world. Months of hard work and dedication culminated in the launch of their first chilli sauce, which is now proudly stocked in the Westonbirt Shop.
